Praise the Lord!! Ultrasound Normal - No biopsy was needed! Prayer Answered

As you know I went in for a needle biopsy w/ultrasound this morning. I am just still partially in a daze because of what happened so just have to relate this to all of you.

They set me for for an IV, then the radiologist came in (after reviewing my MRI, I had taken with me), and told the nurses to hold off setting up for a biopsy because one may not be needed. He said the MRI looked normal to him. Anyway, he said the ultrasound would show things more clearly, shape and density, so he had one of the technicians do that. (It was the longest ultrasound I have ever had & Fred watched)! Anyway, after another wait while the radiologist reviewed the ultrasound, they came back in with the ultrasound machine and for a a few minutes, I was not sure what was going to happen next, but then neither did the nurses! They finally asked the radiologist when he came in what the verdict was, and he said everything was normal. Oh my goodness, I was elated!!!

Dear prayer warriors,

Your prayers would be most appreciated for no bad stuff to be found on my upcoming testing/procedure. Some lymph nodes were found to be a little enlarged (one nurse told me borderline) on a recent pelvic MRI that was done. I was told this can happen sometimes; however, to be on the safe side and to "hopefully" have peace of mind, this test was ordered. Please pray that all goes well and that we receive good news. Thank you so very much!!!

Praise the Lord!!! This is very good news. You know I had a bad cold starting from last Saturday. I started losing my voice the next day. I kept praying in the name of Jesus for my voice to come back and my cold to go away. My voice came back very quickly and this bad cold really started clearing up. Right now I can say that I am over it--no traces of it left in my system. So, right there it shows you the power of prayer.

Sis, I am sorry that I am not on this site that much anymore. Just have a lot of pressing problems and challenges I have to deal with that is taking me away from the site. I dont' think that I will every get back to my old routine on this site. I guess it is a change of season in my life.

Anyway, I just want to check on you and see that all is well. I am very happy to see this posting. I love to see "Prayer Answered" next to a prayer request--it makes my heart skip.

Thanks Bethany. I always appreciate your prayers. It is always a joy to hear from you. I have been lax in being on here as well lately, especially throughout the work week. Try to catch up on the weekend a little, but sometimes even then don't get here very often.

My dad is in the hospital right now. He had a black out yesterday in the backyard. Docs are doing some test on him to see what cause the black out and the temporary paralysis of his leg. I just thank the Lord that he wasn't behind the wheel of the car when this happened. I don't want to even think of how bad things could have been. God is in control always. This is a perfect example of that.

She got a good follow-up report from the dr. today (urologist) - she had gone through a medical problem for several months, but she is completely well now! Praise the Lord!!!
