Trying to contact birth mother
Sisters and Brothers, I am going to try to contact my birth mother, tonight! My prayer is that I will reach her, that she will be receptive and will speak with me, and at least give me the information about my background that I seek. I am open to exploring more with her, if that would be healthy for us, and in accordance with God's purpose for us. Otherwise, I just pray that I will reach her, talk with her, and that she will answer my important questions. Please pray for me, as I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
Update - 3 months ago:
Sadly, my birth mother did not want to talk to me. She told me I'd reached her at a bad time, nor did she think there would be any better time to answer my questions, and she refused my phone number. I will write her a letter, and pray that she responds to that. Thank you all for your prayers.

Feeling down today, in part because of this. As I posted in a separate prayer request, I'm feeling ignored, invisible, forgotten, unwanted. It's making me feel these things from my gentleman friend and my other friends now. I just want to feel wanted!
